- 6+ years of consulting experience in an IT/systems development environment.
- 3+ years of experience with R&D applications in an implementation or support capacity; such as IDBS applications, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), Clinical Supply Chain, EDC, CTMS, IV/WRS, Data Warehousing, Medical Information and Complaint systems or processes.
- 3+ years experience managing a team of multiple direct reports, clients and vendors.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Understanding of the pharmaceutical R&D value chain from discovery to submission.
Experience leading a systems implementation project in the R&D space, and a demonstrated ability to manage vendor selection, scope, budget, schedule and issues and risks in a validated environment.
The ability to identify and articulate the value of new business opportunities.
Proven ability to grow and develop people.
