Key responsibilities may include:
Depending on the client engagement, the Epic Team Project Manager will be responsible for collaborating with Accenture team and client to:

  • Plan Epic project work
  • Staff Epic project work
  • Oversee and monitor execution of Epic project work
  • Transition Epic project work
  • Management responsibilities
  • Report to Epic Program Director Manager
  • Staff high performance team
  • Create dynamic work environment
  • Understand and shape Client business needs into Epic solutions
  • Collaborate with Accenture and Client teams
  • Evaluate, document, and provide feedback for Accenture Epic team members on a formal and ad hoc basis
  • Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a healthcare provider environment directing large scale, full life cycle implementations
  • 3 years project management experience
  • 1 year experience leading large multi-disciplinary teams in a matrix environment
  • Epic Cerification
  • Undergraduate Degree
  • Professional Skills:

  • Experience in management of large scale project scope, budget/financials, timelines and quality performance indicators
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • High performance, discipline, organization, self-motivation, innovation
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Demonstrated ability to implement high quality project management methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate clear communications between project team and client stakeholders
  • Collaborative work style with excellent customer service orientation
  • Demonstrated ability to promote consistent and continued commitment to the project
